If you're ready to regain your core, pelvic floor and full-body strength after giving birth but need more flexibility in your schedule the Self-Paced program is perfect. Over twelve weeks you'll take a restorative approach to postpartum fitness. Expect weekly yoga, meditation and strength training that is tailored to your body's recovery needs and fitness goals.

Bands: light and medium Therabands & loop elastic band
Balls: small pilates ball, stability ball & massage ball (lacrosse ball)
Foam Roller,Yoga Mat, Door Anchor, Dumbbells *optional for added weight.
