Designed with the outdoor woman in mind.
A 12-week fully coached program to help mothers regain their core, pelvic floor and full body strength after giving birth. Mountain Mom Strong is a restorative approach to postpartum fitness. Women, regardless of their athletic background will graduate from the program with a functional core and strong foundation. Ready to keep building strength and take on life as a new mom, while returning to their favourite sports and activities with confidence.

Phone Consultation
SET GOALS & INTENTIONS
A link for the intake forms will be emailed to you once you sign up along with a link to book the consult zoom call. In the zoom we will go over
- Medical and Fitness history
- Discuss intentions and set goals for the 12 week program you are about to begin.
- Go over how to use the platform.
- This needs to be completed before the start of the program.

ZOOM Move & Chat
Alternating Weeks
Get ready to move, chat and ask any questions you'd like. Alternating Thursday's 1pm
- 45 min warm up/ workout and stretch together.
- You will be coached and will receive feedback during the session.
- We will end with 15 min of Q&A and open discussion.

Weekly Classes
IN-Person and Live Zoom classes
Weekly Coaching and workout classes with Sara, receive feedback and coaching. Learn not only how to do an exercise, but learn why and how it effects your postpartum body.
Tuesday Classes will be In-Person at Meadow Park Sport Center at 10:30 am PST. If you can't make it in person you can still join in live via Zoom at 1 pm PST
Postnatal Yoga with Jo alternating Bi-weekly Thursdays's at 1pm
*if you miss a class, every exercise is broken down with a demo video and written explanation on the platform. Yoga classes are recorded.

Meditation
Library
Have access to a library with a variety of guided meditations of various lengths to help with sleep, stress and anxiety.
Workshop
Ally Boothroyd, the Meditation author and instructor will educate us on mediation/ yoga Nidra. You will learn the benefits of and how to meditate in the first week at at the Move & Chat.

Accountability
Bi-weekly Check in
Over ZOOM, review your form and get modifications and/or progressions. Helping you stay on track to reach your goals.
Accountability Buddies
You will be set up with a another mom to hold each other accountable. Build your village and help each other out.

WhatsApp Group
Community
Join our private online community; hold each other accountable, ask questions, access more resources, share your experiences and network with other like minded mamas.

- Bands: Light and medium Therabands & Loop elastic band
- Balls:Small pilates ball, Stability Ball & Massage ball (lacrosse ball)
- Foam roller
- Yoga Mat
- Door anchor
- Dumbbells *optional for added weight.

SARA NIBLOCK
BKin., Kinesiologist & Course Creator
She is a Practising Kinesiologist, Clinical Exercise Physiologist and Pregnancy+Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist with 15+ years experience in the fields of rehabilitation and strength training.
She aims to build a community where she educates and empowers woman to take charge of their body and postpartum journey.
Sara's goal is to help moms understand that they can get back to doing the activities they loved before having a baby with even more strength and confidence, while living a balanced life. @mountianmomstrong

JO BERRINGER
YOGA INSTRUCTOR
Joanna is a power yoga teacher living in Whistler, B.C. She is also a mountain enthusiast, a lover of weekend adventures and a mom to a 1 year old girl.
Joanna’s yoga journey began a decade ago when she started practicing Baptiste Power Yoga. She completed her 200 hour teacher training in 2014.
Joanna’s classes will leave you feeling physically exerted, stronger, and sweatier than when you started. Come dive in.

ALLY BOOTHROYD
YOGA & MEDITATION TEACHER
Ally Boothroyd is a mom of two, a yoga educator and meditation teacher with a passion for yoga nidra and the healing power of conscious rest. She is the founder of Sarovara Yoga, a yoga space and women's retreat centre in Ontario, Canada. A sanctuary on the water where she fosters local community and supports health, personal growth, emotional resiliency, authenticity, awareness, and awakening. www.allyboothroyd.com
