Christmas time is a busy time of year and often its even harder to make time for yourself. The "Merry Fitmas Challenge is designed to be short movement breaks that is 100% achievable no matter what, no excuses.

100% simple, effective and achievable for prenatal and postnatal moms.   

* must be cleared for gentle exercise exercise by your doctor.

24 days of Fitness will keep you accountable; $200 cash prize & a night stay at  FAIRMONT WHISTLER
