â> Weekly Training plan- designed around the season we are in (ie. Fall = ski/Snowboard prep, Spring = Run/ Mnt Bike Prep)
â> User friendly APP that guides you through your weekly fitness schedule, houses your workouts and on-demand videosÂ
â> Daily habits and/or mobility homework 10 min
â> Weekly live 30 min group sessions
â> Ongoing support: ask questions, get feedback, modifications when needed. A coach in your back pocket.
â> This is your best option if you need that extra accountability, guidance and motivation from a coach and group to create consistency.
