- want to be strong and ready to charge each season on your bike, skis, board or running shoes.
- want to get the most of the time you have and feel good when you're in the mountains
- want to be able to say "Yes" to last min adventures and be confident your body can endure.
- don't want to have to think about what you should be doing to keep your body fit and to prevent injuries
- want workouts with minimal equipment (just bands, DB and balls)
Be part of a movement of Strong Moms who can still charge in the Mountains and who will be able to keep up to their kids as they grow
This Program was designed with the busy active mom in mind who doesn't have a lot of time or time for an injury.
2 Program Options:
On Demand Platform:
Pick your own workouts depending on how much time you have: 10 min, 20 min, 30 min or longer
You decide what you want to work on or what your body needs in that moment; core, glutes, upper body, lower body, mobility
Choose a workout based on the season your getting ready for; Run, Bike, Hike, Ski/Board
Choose a workout based on: strength, mobility or yoga, low impact or high intensity
Group Training via and App:
Weekly Training plan- designed around the season we are in (ie. Fall = ski/Snowboard prep, Spring = Run/ Mnt Bike Prep)
User friendly APP that guides you through your weekly fitness schedule, houses your workouts and on-demand videos
Daily habits and/or mobility homework 10 min
Weekly live 30 min group sessions
Ongoing support: ask questions, get feedback, modifications when needed. A coach in your back pocket
This is your best option if you need that extra accountability, guidance and motivation from a coach and group to create consistency.
